| Wave Hill Opens its Doors to Military Personnel through Blue Star Museums Initiative |

Wave Hill joins the Blue Star Museum, the National Endowment for the Arts and more than 700 museums across the country in inviting active duty personnel and up to five immediate family members to enjoy free admission to the grounds from Memorial Day weekend, Saturday, May 29, through Labor Day, Monday. September 6, 2010, to show our appreciation for your service to our nation. We ask that you be prepared to show either a Geneva Conventions CAC ID or a DD Form 1173 ID card when you arrive at Wave Hill’s front gate.

Memorial Day weekend, Saturday, May 29 through Monday, May 31, we also welcome our veterans as part of New York Museums Salute Memorial Day: A Weekend of Appreciation for Service Members and Veterans, a voluntary program for museums across New York State.
