| Farmer, author, agricultural researcher and educator Eliot Coleman will impart his wisdom about small-scale organic farming and sustainable agriculture. Well-known for his development of cold-weather growing techniques, at Four Season Farm in Maine, Coleman and his wife Barbara Damrosch operate a year-round commercial market garden using unheated and minimally heated structures. Coleman has developed a complete system of tools and techniques for the small farm. He is actively involved with Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture. |
