Wave Hill's celebrated gardens and spectacular views of the Palisades provide the perfect setting for meetings, conferences and events. Wave Hill House offers spacious surroundings with old-world sophistication. Daytime conferences or meetings may take place during our public hours on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Corporate evening events for up to 180 people may take place during non-public hours. Rental spaces are outfitted with flexible conference furniture systems. Catering is provided by Great Performances, whose expert staff is available to assist you in creating the perfect event.

Starting in the spring of 2011, Wave Hill House is undergoing transformative improvements that will restore major portions of this historic mansion, and provide state-of-the-art amenities for conferences and celebrations. Please contact us about the superb offerings available for your conference once Wave Hill House reopens in 2013.

Conferences are a benefit of Corporate Membership.

Toscanini Room
Situated on the second floor of Wave Hill House, this light-filled, air-conditioned room comfortably seats 30.

The ability to rent Wave Hill for a conference is a benefit of Corporate Membership.
Corporate Membership at the $2,500 level allows for access to daytime rentals. The $5,000 level allows for both daytime and evening rentals. Rental Fees are determined by spaces reserved. In addition to a host of other benefits, Corporate Members gain free, year-round admission to Wave Hill for all employees and their families.

Daytime: 9am-4:00pm (rental fee in addition to requisite $2,500 Corporate Membership)

Toscanini Room	$300
Overtime $100 per half hour (maximum one hour)

Evening
5-10pm (rental fee in addition to requisite $5,000 Corporate Membership)
Wave Hill House & Grounds $1,500
Overtime $100 per half hour (maximum one hour)
