How to Make Pineapple Mezcal Margaritas
- Virtual
Enjoy a succulent-based cocktail with Shaun Roberts of Wave Hill's exclusive caterer Great Performances. Shaun demonstrates a refreshing Pineapple Mezcal Margarita featuring mezcal, a distinctly smoky-flavored spirit from Mexico distilled from the heart of the agave plant. The word mezcal comes from Nahuatl mexcalli which means "oven-cooked agave."
