Meet at Perkins Visitor Center
This summer, take a moment to release stress and reconnect with your inner self while practicing meditation. Each session includes instruction in simple relaxation techniques followed by 20 to 30 minutes of meditation. Led by Yoga for Bliss director Neem Dewji and other qualified teachers. All levels welcome. Call 718.549.3200 x245 by 8AM on the day of the class for program updates.
Session fee: Member $15/Non-member $23. Registration opens onsite at 9:30AM.
