Take a moment to release stress and reconnect with your inner self while practicing meditation. Each session, which meets in the Toscanini Room, includes instruction in simple relaxation techniques followed by 20 minutes of meditation. Led by Yoga for Bliss director Neem Dewji and instructor and long-time meditator Lea Tenneriello. All levels welcome.
Free, and admission to the grounds is free all weekend.
