How do I add my Membership card to my iPhone?
Open your Membership card email on your iPhone and tap your unique card link. Select Add to Apple Wallet, then follow the prompts on your screen.
How do I add my Membership card to an Android phone?
Open your Membership card email on your Android phone and tap your unique card link. Select the available Save to Phone or digital wallet option, then follow the prompts on your screen.
Another member is named on my Membership account. How can they receive the card?
The primary member will receive the email containing the unique digital Membership card link. They may forward the email to the other named Member, who can then access the card on their own device.
What should I do if I did not receive the email with my Membership card link?
Please contact Membership@wavehill.org for assistance. We’ll be happy to send you a new link.
What should I do if the information on my Membership card is incorrect, such as my name or Membership level?
Please contact Membership@wavehill.org with the correct information, and we’ll be happy to update your record and update your card.
What if I purchase a Membership as a gift?
During your purchase, you can provide the email address of your gift recipient. Their digital Membership card link will be sent directly to them with a message.
What if I am unable to access or download my digital card?
