What are Digital Membership Cards?
Digital Membership cards are eco-friendly membership cards accessible from your smartphone’s Apple Wallet or Google Wallet Passes. After joining or renewing your membership, you will receive an email within five days from our partner Cuseum, firstname.lastname@example.org. This email will provide you with a unique link to download your digital Membership card. Guest passes will be emailed separately.
How do I add the Membership card to my iPhone?
You will receive an email with a link to download your digital card. Access the email from your smartphone and click the "Download" button, then click "Add to Wallet" and "Add." The card will automatically go to your iPhone’s Apple Wallet. It can be accessed in Wallet at any time.
How do I add the Membership card to my Android phone?
The card saves to your phone wallet. Android users need to download Wallet Passes from Google Play. You will receive an email with a link to download the digital card. After you have the app, access the email from your smartphone and click “Download” in the membership email, and the card will automatically go to your Wallet Passes app, where it can be accessed at any time.
I downloaded my card but I can’t find it.
If you have an iPhone, the card will automatically download to Apple Wallet. Check the app for your new card (scroll through any cards that are already there--it may be hiding!). If you have an Android, you’ll need to download Wallet Passes from the Play Store prior to downloading the card.
I am unable to access or download a digital card.

Do digital Membership cards replace admission tickets?
Digital Membership cards do not replace admission tickets. Members must still reserve admission tickets in advance. To reserve a ticket, please create an online account to sign in and select the date you want to visit. You can also call 718.549.3200 to reserve admission.
My family member is on this membership account also, how can she/he receive the card?
Navigate to the back of the card (click the small “i” on the front) and use the “Share Pass” button to send the card to your secondary member. For iPhone users, you will find the share icon at the top right of the Digital Card.
Will I receive my caregiver or elder-care card in my digital wallet?
When joining or renewing a Family/Dual, Senior, or Senior Couple membership, please indicate the name of the family caregiver or elder-care representative to include them on the membership record. You can use the ‘Share Pass’ button located on the back of your digital card to email your card.
I have a question about my membership benefits.

What if I want to use my reciprocal benefits at other gardens?
Your digital card lists participating locations and can be presented to other institutions as proof of membership. Always be sure to check with our partner organization and institutions for the most up-to-date information on their reciprocal admission policies.
What if I purchase this membership as a gift?
You will be able to indicate the email address of the gift recipient(s) upon purchase and the link will be sent directly to them.
What if I change phones or lose my Digital Membership Card?
Please email us at Membership@wavehill.org so we can resend the link to your Digital Card.
What if I can't find the email for the digital card?
Please email Membership@wavehill.org to receive a new email.
