The Café's menu offers an array of house-made pastries, hot soups and a rotating grab-and-go selection of sandwiches and salads, along with hot and cold beverages.
Operated by Great Performances, The Café uses local ingredients, many sourced from Katchkie Farm, Great Performances’ organic farm in Kinderhook, NY.
Wave Hill Members receive a 10% discount in The Café.

Afternoon Tea
Our Afternoon Teas will resume every Tuesday and Thursday, starting on April 1st.
7-day advanced booking required.
Every Tuesday and Thursday, enjoy delicious tea sandwiches and delectable pastries with our specialty tea selection on our Kate French Terrace, weather permitting, or our quaint Tea Room at the historic Wave Hill House.
Enjoy the indulgence of a traditional tea service including:
- A selection of teas by Palais des Thés or House Made Cocoa
- Tea Sandwiches: Smoked Salmon, Chicken Salad Pinwheel, Smoked Turkey, Butternut Squash, and Cucumber & Watercress
- Assorted Scones and Teacakes: Clotted Cream, Triple Berry Jam
- Desserts: Assorted Macarons, Fresh Fruit Tartlets, Flourless Chocolate Cake Bites
Enhance your Afternoon Tea with a glass of sparkling wine.
Afternoon Tea is available Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:00AM or 1:30PM.
Adults $50; Children $30 and must be accompanied by an adult.
A minimum of 2 guests and 7 days’ advanced booking are required. Complimentary admission to Wave Hill is included with purchase of tea package.
Due to the nature of the event, no substitutions or changes are available.
