Family Art Project: Felted River
Where
Meet at Wave Hill House
Let your creativity flow by using felt to depict underwater scenes of the Hudson River. We'll craft woolly art pieces that reflect the river's wide variety of plant and animal life.
At 11:30am families can enjoy a story time program in the Gund Theater, all ages welcome. We will be celebrating World Water Day with the book Turtle Splash! Countdown at the Pond by Cathryn Falwell.
Registration not required.
Wave Hill House is wheelchair-accessible. There is an accessible, ground-level entrance at the front of the building with a power-assist door. The restroom on the ground level is all-gender and ADA-compliant. Additional ADA-compliant restrooms are available on the lower level, which can be accessed by elevator.
