On the grounds

Root your feet in the grass and look out upon the vistas as you enjoy a gentle yoga class. All levels welcome. Registrants are free to enter the grounds at 10AM. Continues through October.
This is a beginner level class that can be modified. Class is usually held on the Lower Lawn, accessible via a paved path with a moderately steep slope. Occasionally the location may change due to other activity on the grounds. The instructor uses a portable speaker. Moves indoors in case of inclement weather; some indoor spaces are accessible only by stairs. If you have any injuries or restrictions, please let the instructor know before class.

Ginger is a certified Hatha/Vinyasa Instructor through Yoga Works and Health Coach through The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Her passion for helping people shines as she guides her clients to grow and develop not only their physical strength and flexibility, but mental stamina and compassion for oneself as well.
Her philosophy is that yoga and health coaching is a bio-individual experience; therefore, she caters to the particular needs of each client with care and empathy.
Here at Wave Hill, she leads an open level yoga class that guides students through a flow that people of any age and ability will enjoy. She is happy to discuss nutrition with any students privately upon request.
She can’t wait to help you to lead a happier and healthier life!
