e-Birding Workshop

Using your birding skills and digital smartphone (or tablet) applications, record and report bird activity in real time directly from wherever you are—your window, your local park, right here at Wave Hill, or anywhere on the go! Prepare for the Great Backyard Bird Count 2021 while connecting with scientists and birders around the world and build a log of your personal sightings virtually.
Led by naturalist and Audubon guide Gabriel Willow, explore the technical and practical aspects of e-Bird and other popular and versatile apps, and practice your bird-counting. Bird watchers of all levels welcome.
