Severe weather cancels. Fall Foliage Fest event.

Stefanie Carbone is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Westchester County, New York. Stephanie is a certified Forest Therapy Guide and a member of the Association for Nature and Forest Therapy. When she is not spending time in nature, she facilitates virtual mindfulness "sits" in her local community, conducts mindfulness trainings for school and mental health professionals, volunteers with a local bereavement center, and works as a high school counselor.
Fru Molnar (she/her) is the founder of Forest Baths, a lifelong student of the forest, and a Certified Forest Therapy Guide with Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides (ANFT). Based in Peekskill, NY (Lenapehoking), she leads immersive forest therapy experiences throughout the lower Hudson Valley and facilitates forest bathing sessions virtually. A passionate advocate of mindfulness in nature as the ultimate form of self-care, she is an avid hiker and the mom of two rescue pets, who are her own personal nature therapy guides. She believes that forest bathing is for everybody and that we are all welcome in the arms of mother nature.
