Inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku, forest bathing boosts your immune system and cardiovascular strength, reduces stress and improves cognitive functioning while deepening your relationship to nature. Contemplate the changes in the fall landscape and your own body as certified forest therapists Stefanie Carbone and Fru Molnar guide you on a reflective journey through Wave Hill’s gardens and trails. Severe weather cancels. Fall Foliage Fest event.

Space is limited; adults only, please. Registration required, online or by calling 718.549.3200 x251. If you have any questions about this program or have registration questions, please contact us information@wavehill.org or by calling the number and extension provided above.

Walks follow a route along mixed-material pathways with varying elevations. There will be short stops along the way where participants will also be invited to gather, share, engage and/or observe. Instructors may use portable speakers.
