Meet at Perkins Visitor Center

Many woodland wildflowers, or “spring ephemerals,” take advantage of the sunlight to bloom before trees leaf out in the spring. Join Senior Horticultural Interpreter Jess Brey and Gardener Kyla Dippong as they draw your attention to these hidden gems and their value in the overall design of a wooded garden.
Advance registration encouraged, online or at 718.549.3200 x251. Program size is limited. Day-of registration based on availability and not guaranteed.
