Family Art Project: Winged Wonders
Be inspired by Wave Hill’s winged visitors! Let shimmering dragonflies, graceful birds, and other flying creatures spark your imagination as you create your own whimsical wings. Then, capture gentle garden sounds and colors by making a lively streamer. At 1:00PM, join a joyful parade, fluttering together to celebrate nature’s diversity.
Registration not required. For rain or other extreme weather, meet in the Kerlin Learning Center in Wave Hill House.
The Conifer Slope is a grassy area with sloping hills that runs along the northern exterior of Wave Hill House. The midpoint of the hill can be accessed through an exterior tour from the Kerlin Learning Center or from stairs off the Kate French Terrace.
