Kids on the Move! Moving into the New Year
Move and breathe to welcome the New Year and send off the old. Weather permitting, participants will take a winter walk to check in on how nature prepares for spring while settling into the coming winter. After exploring the beginnings of winter, come inside to move, groove, and celebrate.
Recommended for ages three to eight.
Spend the day! Families are encouraged to attend Family Art Project: Create Your Year from 10AM to 1PM.

Corinne Flax
Environmental educator Corinne Flax has an M.Ed. in Museum Education from the Bank Street College of Education and has been a Museum Educator at a variety of tri-State area museums and gardens for the last 15 years. Currently, she manages school and community partnerships at the Bruce Museum in Greenwich, CT, where she creates curriculum, professional development workshops and after-school events. Corinne recently completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training and a 20-hour kids and teen yoga certification. Catch her at Harlem Yoga Studio, where she introduces yoga basics in a fun and flowy way.
