Together with Family Art Project staff, explore Wave Hill’s diverse animal tracks. We will discover through close observation animal signs in our woodlands to gain knowledge about the living things in our environment. We will practice investigation skills on a walk-through of the Conifer Slope to learn about incredible creature adaptations. Then using natural materials, we will explore animal tracks through print making. Ages six through ten are welcome with an adult. Hibernators Weekend event.

Participants meet in Wave Hill House’s Sarah and Geoffrey Gund Theater on the House’s lower level.

Advance registration is not available, program is first come, first served.

Questions? Please email us at information@wavehill.org or call 718.549.3200 x251.

Walks follow a variety of routes along mixed-material pathways and varying elevations.
